Here Is What Rail Maintenance Looks Like In The Skeena From 1000 Feet

Video was shot between Terrace and Rupert.

It’s hard to get too excited about the topic of rail maintenance.

But where others see a guaranteed snooze, local drone operator Northcoast Drone sees potential. Take some crystal clear visuals from high-above, add a pumping rock soundtrack, and you’ve got yourself an adrenaline-inducing minute and fifty-three seconds.

“Spring cleaning on the rail between Prince Rupert and Terrace BC,” he says of his new video. “Also a Loram rail grinder getting refuelled at Kwinitsa Siding.”

“Very cool, perfect music,” writes one commenter.

“Ahh the Loram rail grinder. Good catch!” says another.
